RYC: I just joined a HUGE (read: ridiculously enormous) gym and am going to try to combine my already pretty healthy eating habits with a workout regimen. At my "healthy" weight, I should weigh between 130-140, so hopefully I can shave off the pounds by working out. I wanted to try it on my own before joining a program like WW or JC, mostly because I was afraid I'd have to keep coming back to those programs and end up with the yo-yo weight issue.
