to sit that will cause most inconvenience.

Nick and I have been playing the "how cold can we stand it" game in the house and have actually been able to keep the general temperature pretty low (and saving money!). It really isn't bad when you're cozy next to the fire in PJs, socks, sweaters and slippers.Bella, on the other hand, is less than thrilled about the coolness of the house. She can be often found buried underneath the comforter in our bedroom which is strange for a cat who would never, ever burrow in like that. It is always easy to find her because she is the lump in the middle of a made bed.
She also loves to sit this.close to the register in the living room. Nick always laughs when he walks by but I know that she is a smarty kitty - she figured out where the heat is coming from!

Our dogs are doing the same thing! One actually woke me up last night trying to paw under the covers. The kitty on the other hand, still asks outside even those it's freezing and he could just stay in his cozy bed.
Whoops! Even though. I meant "even though its freezing".
Too funny, I'm pretty sure my parents play that game all the time, my house is freezing and I'm home for a month!
oh girl, you KNOW that that is my favorite game too!! 58 degrees here at chez cooper from november 'til late march.
our utility bill is ALWAYS less (even in summer) than cooper's grandmother who lives in our 850 sq ft carriage house!!
