Happiness is the utilization of one's talents along lines of excellence.
Aristotle

On Saturday I attended a new information session for the Junior League. I had always heard good things about the organization but was interested to learn a litte more myself.

Well, I was so impressed with not only the current members in the group but also the room full of other prospective members. It really was a room full of smart, successful and nice women with like-minded goals. The list of charities the group works with as well as other leadership and training opportunities was astounding.

As of the end of the month I'll be joining the Spring 2009 new member class - I'm so excited!

How exciting! I think I'm going to join too. Only the area chapter here only adds new members in the Fall. It'll be right before my wedding, so hopefully I'll be able to aqueeze it in! Please keep us posted about how it all goes!

I was at the meeting!!! That is so crazy that we were both there and didn't know it!!!!

I think it is a wonderful organization and I keep going back and forth as to whether or not to join and if I have the time to commit to it.
