On Saturday I joined my Weight Watchers leader and about 10 others from her various meetings at the St. Louis Heart Walk. The walk, leaving from Busch Stadium and through downtown, benefitted the American Heart Association.
It was a fun morning with a great three mile walk that finished on the field at Busch Stadium. Really neat to see it all from that angle!
