If you really want to be depressed, weigh yourself in grams.
Jason Love

I'm a day late with my update but this week at Weight Watchers I didn't lose an ounce. Boo. But I also didn't gain! I didn't do so great through last week but was really active over the weekend (walking all over the Farmer's Market and Central West End, cleaning the house and basement and then walking Queeny Park, etc.) so I think it shows kind of what I can get away with eating by staying in motion!

But for now I need to lose the weight before I can maintain so this week I'm really focusing on tracking all week and making smart choices.

Here's my favorite Weight Watcher-friendly recipe of the week:

Chicken Italiano
Serving Size : 6
3 pounds chicken, cut up (I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
2- 1 1/2 oz. envelopes dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 12 oz. can tomato sauce
1- 6 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1. Place chicken in crockpot. In bowl combine sauce mix, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Pour over chicken.

2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Good for you! Losing is good but good for you for walking so much and being active.

I am a big WW fan, maintaining can be just as hard as losing so feel good!

Yay for maintenance! I lost .8 this week...and have completely thrown my points out the door while in Chicago. It's going to be UGLY...but I'm hoping to get right back on track when we get home. I need routine to keep me on track!
