This week is Fat Talk Free Week, an initiative started by Tri Delta. The video below was originally posted two years ago but I still just love its impact. Think of the amazing difference that could be made if we changed the conversation about body image.

Great video and a great message. I think especially in college and the greek world, it's important to have a healthy body image.
